How do I get started?
You have already succeeded in the first step of pursuing therapy by exploring options and availability of services near your home. Choosing a therapist is a process of matching treatment approaches to your needs. It is essential to find a comfortable and personal fit between you and the therapist. Give us a call and we will answer all of your questions while helping to determine if Warwick Counseling Center is right for you.
The next step will be to choose a convenient day and time for us to meet for an intake appointment. This first session will be an opportunity for you to gather information about us while we learn about you and what brings you to therapy. At the end of this meeting we will decide together how to move forward with the therapeutic process.
What forms of payment are accepted?
You may be eligible for reimbursement of fees for outpatient mental health services and we suggest that you contact your insurance carrier to obtain this information. All therapists at Warwick Counseling Center receive weekly payment in full and you will be provided with a statement that includes all information required for you to submit your claims. We are happy to provide you with any additional information that may be required by your insurance company.
We do not take any insurance directly.
We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo and payment through health savings accounts. Please do not hesitate to discuss with us any concerns that you have related to payment.
